In His life, His death, and His resurrection, Jesus’ mission was accomplished. He lived the perfect example, He died to wash clean our sins, He rose to show that sin and death had been replaced by forgiveness and life. With bright, clean, colorful visuals and inspiring music, this movie works well as an Easter worship intro and coordinates with An Invitation (Easter).
For generations, people had come and gone. Nations had risen and fallen. Hopelessness prevailed, until an ancient promise was fulfilled. Jesus came to to shine light in the darkness. He carried our transgressions on the cross and defeated sin and death so we could have life. He has overcome the grave. He has defeated death. He is risen!
This powerful short film describes the suffering of Christ in contrast to his mercy and grace. It uses vivid imagery from Good Friday through Easter Sunday (garden of Gethsemane, scourge whip, Calvary, tomb, grave clothes), with a climactic moment as the tomb is opened to reveal crosses draped with white fabric flowing with the wind. He is alive! He is risen!
Before the cross, sin had left a crimson stain on our lives. A stain which would lead to certain death. That death, Jesus died in our place. His cross, washed us clean. His blood, made us white as snow.
It’s Easter…a day to worship our Savior and ignite our hearts
in praise to Jesus. Death has been defeated, the grave has lost its sting. Love has won! Today, let us shout from the mountaintops, in one loud voice, Jesus is alive!
Easter is more than just another Sunday. It’s more than just a holiday. Easter is a day that changed everything. It’s the day sin and death were defeated. It’s the day grace and love were victorious. This isn’t just another Sunday…this is Easter!
The story of Jesus is the greatest story ever told. Especially the last few days leading up to his crucifixion. Jesus entered Jerusalem while people praised his arrival. As the days progressed many would betray him, even some of his closest disciples. He would be handed over to officials and sentenced to death by being nailed to a cross. But by God’s grace the story doesn’t end there. After 3 days of being buried in a tomb, Jesus would rise from the dead just as he promised.
In all things, God is worthy. He is the King of Kings, Lord of Lords and the name above all other names! In our homes, jobs, families, schools and churches…in all things, may He be glorified!
This powerful short film presents the Gospel through timelapse painting, from creation to the resurrection & all of eternity. A simple but poetic voiceover combines with modern music to tell the story of God creating the universe, the fall of mankind, Christ coming to earth, the crucifixion, Easter, and the glorious promise of heaven. Special thanks to Jason Jaspersen, the genius behind the art.
On Palm Sunday, Jesus entered into Jerusalem as a King with crowds shouting praises to Him saying, “Hosanna to the Son of David!” Encourage your church to also praise Jesus as King this Palm Sunday. Encourage them to sing out, “Hosanna in the Highest” and “Hosanna to the King of Kings!” This mini-movie will help prepare the hearts of your church for worship on Palm Sunday.
This Easter worship introduction speaks of rocks, hills, and fields crying out on Easter morning, “Jesus is Alive! He has risen just as he said!” These powerful phrases are matched with beautiful aerial footage, an energetic soundtrack, and a presentation of the gospel message, encouraging the viewer to lay down their burdens and receive the gift of salvation. The video closes on a view of the empty tomb at sunrise with the light of Christ pouring out.
